Distinguished Denver Public Schools Sustainability Director Retires
November 30, 2018
Jim Faes, a highly distinguished founding member of CASDEM, and the only remaining active member since its 1996 inception, will retire from Denver Public Schools on December 31 of this year. He is credited with inspiring a lasting vision and the consistently welcoming forum for open dialogue between technology providers, utilities, and Colorado school district energy managers. Thanks to his contributions, CASDEM stands out as a unique statewide organization presumed to be the envy of any other similarly public service oriented organization in the country. His wit and positive commentary will be sorely missed....once he stops coming to meetings, which we hope will not happen anytime soon.
