This is the RFP that Aurora Public Schools (APS) recently (2015) used to procure retrofits throughout all of the district's walk-in coolers/freezers including installation of energy efficient EC motors, evaporator and door heater controls. This very successful project awarded to PowerDown was not only effective for conserving energy and earning some sizable Xcel rebates, it was also tremendously useful for identifying deteriorating equipment conditions. An editable RFP and pricing data is available upon request and authorization from PowerDown. Contact Craig Wright at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
